The Yard @ College Avenue has become Rutgers’ most sought after, on-campus housing option. The Yard features single-bedroom apartments (up to four bedrooms per unit) with one-of-a-kind lounges and study areas throughout, free Wi-Fi, exciting retailers, and a variety of outdoor seating options. The large public green space in the center of the complex features a large high-definition video screen which broadcasts University sporting and cultural events, movies, news, original programming, live feeds and themed music nights from early morning to late evening, all year long. This new, exciting urban park has created a sense of community and serves as a focal point for students, faculty and staff, alumni and thousands of workday and weekend visitors to New Brunswick.
