New Brunswick Performing Arts Center by DEVCO | New Brunswick Development Corporation

The New Brunswick Performing Arts Center initiative has transformed New Brunswick’s Downtown Cultural Arts District ensuring that New Brunswick continues as a regional hub for the performing arts. This project includes the development of two state-of-the-art theatre spaces, dedicated rehearsal studios, office space, 207 luxury residential rental apartments, and a 344 car public parking garage.

The project is a public-private partnership that includes New Brunswick Development Corporation, Pennrose, the City of New Brunswick, Middlesex County, NJEDA, New Brunswick Cultural Center, Rutgers University, and the New Brunswick Parking Authority.
