The 490,000 square foot mixed-use housing facility, known as 180 West Market Street, includes 234 apartment suites, in studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom configurations, accommodating approximately 465 students and residents.

Also included is approximately 19,000 square feet of ground floor retail space. The student housing facility consists of 9 levels, built on top of 5 levels of structured parking. These parking levels are integrated with the existing Norfolk parking garage, providing an additional 500 parking spaces to the University.
